Are you stressed out? Especially if you’re in 8th grade, maybe you are experiencing moments of stress when you realize that there are lots of projects due on the same day. In 8th grade, there are lots of assignments piling up all around us, from homework, to tests, to projects and even weekly vocabulary. So, if you are agreeing with my words, then listen to my advice.
I am usually on top of my work at school, and a lot of that includes completing my work way before it is due. When I have vocabulary (8th graders) I do it on the weekend before it’s due. That gives me all school week to do other things that may have to be completed. When I have big projects, I finish them way before they need to be turned into my teacher. A couple weeks ago, the 8th graders had a reading assignment. We had to read the book, and complete multiple assignments (of choice) to total 45 points. I finished the book early, and I started the work before the other students in my class, quickly reaching to 53 points. My advice to all students drowning in their assignments is to stay on top of them. Get them done on time and you’ll spare yourself the anxiety attack when you realize that you have work due tomorrow. Just do the work, and you’ll be fine.
